In October of 2021, Grace and Henry ran the Paris Marathon in support of the PolG Foundation.

In October of 2021, Grace and Henry ran the Paris Marathon in support of the PolG Foundation. Inspired by her dear friend Frederik's resilience in battling PolG, they raised $10,000 to contribute to the foundation’s mission of finding a cure for PolG-related mitochondrial diseases. Along the way, Grance and Henry was cheered on by family and friends holding up "Cure PolG" signs amid the crowds.
Every step forward and donation brings us closer to finding a cure through the foundation’s exceptional work in accelerating research for treatments.
Research
The Foundation intends to become a leading funder of basic, translational, and clinical PolG research. Working with the global scientific community, we will help develop critical tools and make our findings widely available.
