Fall 2026
Berlin Marathon
On September 27, 2026, Team POLG Foundation will take on one of the world's most iconic marathon courses, running through the heart of Berlin to raise funds that advance scientific research, accelerate the development of treatments, and help find a cure for POLG disease.
Meet Our Team
Our runners come from around the world, united by a shared commitment to advancing research, supporting families, and creating hope for those affected by POLG disease. Many members of Team POLG have personal connections to the POLG community and are running to make a difference.
Every mile they run and every dollar they raise helps fuel The POLG Foundation's mission to drive groundbreaking research, improve understanding of POLG disease, and move us closer to effective treatments and a cure.
You can make an impact by supporting one of our runners and helping us create a brighter future for everyone affected by POLG disease.
