iPSC Cell lines

Abstract

Peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMCs) were isolated from a POLG patient and a matching sibling. PBMCs were reprogrammed and clones that retained pluripotency and integrity were selected. From the selected cloned master cell banks were generated and are being currently cryopreserved in Switzerland.
